- Announcers/Voices of Hospitality - These individuals formally extend a welcome to the visitors of the church and briefly review announcements pertinent to local church, district, state, and national activities.
- Executive Hospitality - This group provides hospitality for the guests of the Pastor and Wife. They sponsor fund-raisers and various activities in support of the church.
- Flower Guild - Maintaining the beauty of the sanctuary with floral arrangements, etc.
- Greeters - Greet guests as they enter the church building. These individuals possess a pleasant personality and a welcome smile!
- Kitchen/Dining Room Coordinator - Coordinates and schedules use of kitchen
and dinning room facilities.
- New Members Representatives - Responsible for processing new members and providing them with pertinent information.
- Pastor’s Aide - Provides support to the Pastor and his family via fund-raisers.
- Pulpit Guild - Meets the physical needs of the pulpit during services by ensuring necessities such as refreshments and handkerchiefs are sufficiently stocked, cleaned and readily available for use along with the maintenance and upkeep of the designated area and all related resources.
- Transportation - Transport individuals to morning worship service.
- Usher Board - Responsible for the welcome, seating and comfort of the congregation during worship services.
- Wedding Coordinator – Trained professional available to direct and assist with weddings held at the church.
- Writer’s Guild - This group meets to share their personal creative writings and to learn various techniques which would enhance their writing skills.
